I have troubles playing videos on Amazon Instant Video / Prime.

Pages like Amazon may use the Silverlight Player by default. Unfortunately, this player conflicts with the ZenMate extension because the Silverlight Player is an external program which uses its own internet connection (not through the browser).

To fix this, there are 2 possible solutions you can try:

1. You can try switching to Flash Player.  It is sometimes possible to temporarily change your default web player from the Amazon Instant Video Settings and Devices page. Scroll down to the "Web Player Preferences" section, select Adobe Flash Player, and then click on "Save".
   
   
2. Use the ZenMate Core VPN desktop client instead of the browser extension. All Premium and Ultimate users have access to our desktop clients for Windows and Mac OS X.
