How do I remove the ZenMate extension from my browser?

As the browser extension is only installed within the browser itself, you will not find it anywhere else on your computer so it can only be removed from within the browser. 
To uninstall the ZenMate VPN software, see here: 

On Chrome:

1. Click the menu icon at the top right of the browser window.
2. Choose More Tools and choose Extensions to open a new Options tab. 
3. Find the extension you would like to remove and click Remove .

 
Note: Alternatively, right click the ZenMate logo in the browser and choose Remove from Chrome.

On Firefox:

1. Click the menu button  and choose   Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.

2. Select the Extensions tab.
3. Press the 3-dot option for the extension you want to remove.
4. Click the Remove button.

Note: Alternatively, right click the ZenMate logo in the browser and choose Remove Extension.
