ZenMate does not have the country that I am looking for. What can I do?

After using up your 7 day trial*, the account will revert to free status. With free status, it will be possible to access just countries: 

- Germany 
- Romania
- Italy
- United States
*an account holding a 7 day trial will offer access to all the locations in our portfolio, including the Streaming category.

Upgrade your account with a premium subscription in order to have access to all 74 countries and over 3800 servers. See the partial list for the countries we offer:

However, we are always working on improving our service. We are examining the possibility of offering more locations to connect to, we encourage you to submit your feedback so that we can take into consideration what are your needs and perhaps, meet them but adding new locations. 

Just drop us a message! If enough requests are met for a specific location, we'll do our best to offer it in the future but we cannot guarantee what country will be added next or when a location will be available.

Q: I am not seeing the country that I need. What does this mean ? 
A: If a country is not listed in the presented choices it means that ZenMate does not have the respective country in its portfolio. With feedback provided, we can increase the chances that your preferred country could be added in the future.
