How do I change the email address/password associated to my ZenMate account?

You can easily manage all your account settings via your the account dashboard at zenmate.com.

I want to change my e-mail. 

Log in your ZenMate account and go to the 'My account' section of the account dashboard. Enter your new email address and confirm the changes with the current password and click on 'Save'.
A notification email will now be sent to confirm that the change has been done. 

I want to change my password. 

 

Log in the Account Dashboard and go to the 'My account' section. Enter your new password* and press 'Save'. To confirm the password change, you will have to use the old(previous) password.   

* Your password must meet 4 out of 4 criteria: 

• At least 6 characters
• Letters: lowercase and uppercase
• Numbers: 0-9
• At least one special character ! @ # $ % ^ & * ? ~ - _ ( )
