As stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service, every user has the right of revocation without any given reason within 30 days from the purchase of the subscription.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to make sure that the limit of 30 days has not been exceeded from the subscription has been purchased as otherwise the refund request will fall outside of the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and you you will not qualify for a refund.
There are a few ways in which you can submit a refund request, all of which are made directly to the Support via written request (either via Submitting a request or via Live! Chat).
Please have as much information as possible when requesting a refund. The most useful information is:
- A reason for the request - this is to identify any areas where we could improve and solely for feedback purposes;
- The Reference number which was assigned to your purchase - typically found in your receipt;
- The E-mail address associated with the purchase, to quickly identify the account and subsequently, the purchase;
- Any other proof of purchase that could be used to locate your transaction;
Regardless of the method through which you will decide to contact the ZenMate Support Team, rest assured that your request will be treated accordingly and a solution will be found.
If you wish to just make sure that your plan will not renew but you do not wish to claim a refund - simply Disable the Automatic Renewal as described in this tutorial.
