You can open My Account by accessing it directly from our home page. The Account Dashboard has multiple tabs which serve different purposes, purposes which will be presented below.
My account | My Devices | My Subscriptions | Support | How do I delete my account?
This is where you'll find information about your account, subscription or registered devices.
The same screen also gives you the opportunity to change the e-mail, password or assign a custom username to your account(this is useful for a faster log-in).
My Account tab
Username: Shows your ZenMate username (typically same as your email).
Assigning an username to the account, it will the over the e-mail and will be used for login purposes but for recovery purposes - only the e-mail will be used.
Email: The email address you linked to your account which will be used to recover your account in case you forgot the password.
Password: This is where you will be able to change to a different password. To be able to change your password, you will need to know the (old)previous password.
Account overview: This part of the Account Dashboard will display to you the following information:
- Status: Active or Inactive;
- Expires on: The current runtime for your subscription;
- Active devices: The number of devices associated with your ZenMate account;
- Plan Type: The current plan which you are using(presented is: ZenMate VPN - 18 Months);
My Devices tab
The tab will show you all your linked devices but this is the same place where you can add new devices. Adding devices is typically done when looking to use OpenVPN connections.
My Subscription
This is where you'll find a summary of your subscription.

Provides useful links to our FAQ and help center as well as a quick link to open a ticket to Support.
How do I delete my account?
Delete my account: Gives you the possibility to delete your account.
IMPORTANT: If you delete your account, any active subscription linked with that account will be lost and cannot be recovered.
