How do I move to a different plan?

I saw a good deal and I want to take advantage of it. 
Log in with your ZenMate account on zenmate.com and go to My Subscription. Here you will be displayed with the current subscription. To upgrade it, simply purchase the desired plan and the new subscription will take the place of the current(existing) one. 

What will happen with the remaining time ?
After purchasing a new subscription, the remaining time will join with the new subscription and the expiration date will reflect this.

How do i change to a different payment method?
Purchasing a new plan, you will be able to choose a different payment method.

I want to update or remove my card from the account.
Please be aware that we never recommend this choice as this will prevent your subscription from renewing and your privacy, at risk.
It is not possible to switch to a different card but we recommend to reach out to the Support Team and you will be guided further.
